Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Talk FAQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services. Service Description

Talk FAQ provides a platform for creating and deploying AI-powered voice agents that respond to customer inquiries. Our services include:

  • Voice agent creation and customization tools
  • QR code generation and management
  • Real-time voice conversation processing
  • Analytics and conversation logging
  • Multi-language support

Account Registration

To use our Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use our Platform to create voice agents for legitimate business purposes, including customer service, FAQs, information dissemination, and general business inquiries.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • ×Provide medical, legal, or financial advice without proper licensing
  • ×Disseminate false, misleading, or deceptive information
  • ×Harass, abuse, or harm individuals or groups
  • ×Collect personal information without proper consent
  • ×Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • ×Attempt to bypass security features or access unauthorized data
  • ×Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities
  • ×Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform

Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you create for your voice agents, including prompts, FAQs, and business information. However, you are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of information provided by your agents
  • Ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Complying with industry-specific regulations relevant to your business
  • Obtaining necessary permissions and consents for data collection

Usage Limits and Billing

Your use of the Platform may be subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan. These limits may include:

  • Number of voice agents
  • Conversation minutes per month
  • Storage for conversation logs
  • API calls and integrations

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Talk FAQ and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without explicit written permission.

Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Temporarily suspend service for emergency repairs
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QR VOICE AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
  • Actions taken based on information provided by voice agents
  • Third-party services or integrations

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talk FAQ, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Pose a security risk to the Platform

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our retention policies.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
